• Opening your account (pending your signed Investor Application & Agreement).
• Accessing up-to-date account balances and information on your investments.
• Trading a wide range of investments.
• Accessing live fixed-income prices and bond ratings.
• Accessing real-time quotes on Canadian and U.S. traded equities including:
  • bid, ask, last traded, and volume;
  • earnings and price/earnings ratio;
  • 52 week highs and lows;
  • news bulletins; and,
  • stock price history charts

*For applications completed by phone (or without completed documents), your signed Application & Agreement must be received within 30 days from the day your account is opened in order to receive uninterrupted trading services. 

You will be asked to provide us with information on your personal and financial status, investment experience, and investment knowledge. This information is required in order to assess your risk comfort level and to determine whether trades and investments are in line with your investment objectives. This information must be obtained as required by the industry regulators.
